For those who need to book air travel, you will receive a separate email from Navan after you register. Please make your flight arrangements only via Navan. Please note you must book within seven (7) days of receiving the Naven link. 

Approved airport:

BNA Nashville International Airport (10 min from the hotel) 

RENTAL CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED; please use Uber, Lyft or a Taxi

Self Parking will be available for local attendees. Please check with the registration desk for a parking voucher.

Hotel Arrival. 

Hotel Confirmations will be sent approximately two weeks before SKO in a Know-before-you-go email from the event hospitality team. Should you wish to book additional room nights outside of the event dates, you will need to contact the hotel directly and let us know your booking reference so that we can try to avoid you having to change rooms.
